78 Prescribed requirements for warning statements
For paragraphs 40(3)(b) and 43(2)(b) of the Australian Consumer Law, the following requirements are prescribed:
(a)
the warning statement must include the text ‘This is not a bill. You are not required to pay any money.’;
(b)
the text must be the most prominent text in the document.
