86 Requirements for front page of agreement
For subparagraph 79(b)(iii) of the Australian Consumer Law, the following requirements are prescribed:
(a)
the front page of the agreement must be signed by the consumer;
(b)
the front page of the agreement must include the day on which the consumer signed the document.
