20 Consequences for failing to comply with return permit conditions
(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
a return permit is in force in relation to the person; and
(b)
a condition mentioned in subsection 16(9) or (10) is imposed on the return permit; and
(c)
the person fails to comply with the condition.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
(2)
Section 15.2 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction—category B) applies to an offence against subsection (1) of this section.
