60 Cyber Incident Review Board
(1)
The Cyber Incident Review Board is established by this section.
(2)
For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of Department of State in section 8 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, the Cyber Incident Review Board is prescribed in relation to the Department.
Note:
Subject to subsection (2), this means that the chair and members of the Board are officials of the Department for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
