77A The industry services body to keep the Dairy Structural Adjustment Fund
(1)
The industry services body must keep and administer the Dairy Structural Adjustment Fund.
(2)
The assets of the Dairy Structural Adjustment Fund are the property of the industry services body, but must be kept separate from all other property and must be held on trust by the body for the purposes of this Part.
(3)
No stamp duty or other tax is payable under a law of a State or Territory in respect of the operation of subclause (2).
