77B What the Dairy Structural Adjustment Fund consists of
The Dairy Structural Adjustment Fund consists of the following:
(a)
money credited to the Fund under clause 78;
(b)
investments the industry services body has as a result of investing money in the Fund under clause 79B;
(c)
all other money and property lawfully paid into, or forming part of, the Fund.
