36 Exchange of information
(1)
The Commonwealth must disclose or give to the Bank, in accordance with the agreement, any information in the Commonwealth's possession that is required to be disclosed or given to the Bank under the agreement.
(2)
The Bank must disclose or give to the Commonwealth, in accordance with the agreement, any information in the Bank's possession that is required to be disclosed or given to the Commonwealth under the agreement.
