37 Delegation
The Secretary may, by signed instrument, delegate all or any of the Secretary's powers and functions under this Act to a person who is:
(a)
an officer of the Department; or
(b)
a member (being an officer) of the Defence Force; or
(c)
a member, or member of the staff, of the Defence Housing Australia; or
(d)
a delegate of the Secretary under subsection 81(2) of the Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme Act 2008.
