Directions by Registrar for filing of documents

The Registrar may, by writing, give a direction specifying the form in which a document is to be filed under this Act or the regulations.

Note:

See also paragraph 149(2)(aa) (about regulations).

The Registrar must publish a notice, in accordance with the regulations, setting out the direction.

(4)

A direction under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
