13 What is a declared World Heritage property?
Properties on World Heritage List
(1)
A property included in the World Heritage List is a declared World Heritage property as long as the property is included in the List.
Properties not yet on World Heritage List
(2)
A property specified in a declaration made under section 14 (with any amendments made under section 15) is a declared World Heritage property for the period for which the declaration is in force.
