275 Consultation on plans
Before making a recovery plan or threat abatement plan under this Subdivision, the Minister must:
publish a copy of the proposed plan on the Department’s website; and
give a copy of it, together with a notice of a kind referred to in subsection (2), to the Scientific Committee; and
cause the notice to be published:
on the Department’s website; and
in any other way required by the regulations (if any).
The notice must invite persons to make written comments about the proposed plan within the period specified in the notice (which must be at least 3 months from the day the notice is published on the Department’s website).
