278 Publication of plans
(1)
As soon as practicable after the Minister makes or adopts a recovery plan or a threat abatement plan under this Subdivision, the Minister must publish on the Department’s website:
(a)
a copy of the plan; and
(b)
a notice of the making or adopting of the plan.
(2)
The notice must:
(a)
state that the Minister has made or adopted the plan; and
(b)
specify the day on which the plan comes into force; and
(c)
specify the places where copies of the plan may be purchased.
