5 Definitions
Note:
A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the definitions section of the Act or the Rules including the following:

code of practice;

State.
In this instrument:
Act means the Export Control Act 2020.
Rules means the Export Control (Wood and Woodchips) Rules 2021.
