In force

This instrument approves amendments (other than minor amendments) of approved codes of practice. The Minister may, by notifiable instrument, approve the code of practice for a State as amended only if subsection 2‑7(3) or (4) of the Export Control (Wood and Woodchips) Rules 2021 applies to the code of practice as amended.
