13 Procedure after arrest of person who was on bail
(1)
The provisions of subsections 15(2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of the Act apply in relation to a person who has been brought before a court in accordance with subsection 49A(2) of the Act as if the person had been brought before a magistrate or an eligible Judge in accordance with subsection 15(1) of the Act.
(2)
In the exercise of a discretion in relation to a person who has been brought before a court in accordance with subsection 49A(2) of the Act, the court may have regard, if it sees fit, to the circumstances of the arrest of the person under subsection 49A(1) of the Act.
