323F Scheme etc. has effect despite this Act etc
The following have effect despite anything in this Act, Part 2‑4 of the Fair Work Act or the rules of the CFMEU or a branch, division or part of the CFMEU:
(a)
a scheme determined under subsection 323B(1);
(b)
any action taken under the scheme;
(c)
an instrument made under section 323C.
