323G Actions under scheme
(1)
Actions of the administrator, including as mentioned in paragraphs 323B(3)(b) and (e), continue in effect:
(a)
regardless of the end of the administration under subsection 323A(2) or section 323D; and
(b)
regardless of section 323E; and
(c)
despite any provision of this Act or the rules of the CFMEU or a branch, division or part of the CFMEU.
(2)
The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make rules prescribing the effect of actions taken under the scheme for the purposes of other laws.
