IDENTITY CARD—STAFF MEMBER
I, *the General Manager /*delegate of the General Manager, acting under subsection 203(1) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, certify that whose photograph and signature appear on this card is a member of the staff assisting the General Manager to whom powers of the General Manager under section 202 of the Act have been delegated under section 343A of the Act.
