14.12 Disposal of personal property
A party may apply to the Court for an order for the sale or disposal of personal property, or any part of the property, if:
(a)
the proceeding concerns personal property; and
(b)
the property is perishable or is of a kind that requires that it be sold or disposed of before the hearing of the proceeding.
