42.02 Charge, defence and determination
If a person charged with contempt is brought before the Court, the Court will:
(a)
inform the person of the contempt with which the person is charged; and
(b)
require the person to plead a defence to the charge; and
(c)
after hearing the person—determine whether the person is guilty of contempt; and
(d)
make an order for the person’s discharge or punishment.
