35 Decisions without meetings
(1)
The Authority is taken to have made a decision at a meeting if the decision is made in accordance with procedures determined under subsection 34(2) for making decisions without meeting.
(2)
A member is not entitled to take part in making a proposed decision as mentioned in subsection (1) if the member would not have been entitled to vote on the proposal if the matter had been considered at a meeting of the Authority.
(3)
The Authority must keep a record of decisions made in accordance with this section.
