152 Power to dismiss application
(1)
If:
(a)
a person makes an application to the Panel for review of a decision; and
(b)
the Principal Member is satisfied, either after having communicated with the person or having made reasonable attempts to contact the person and having failed to do so, that the person does not intend to proceed with the application;
the Principal Member may dismiss the application.
(2)
If the Principal Member dismisses an application under subsection (1) the application is taken to have been withdrawn at the time when the application is dismissed.
