158 Fees for persons giving evidence

(1)

A person, other than a party to a proceeding, summoned to appear before the Panel to give evidence is entitled to be paid, in respect of his or her attendance, fees and allowances for expenses, fixed by or in accordance with the regulations.

(2)

The fees and allowances are to be paid:

(a)

where a party to a proceeding notifies the Panel that he or she wants the Panel to obtain evidence from the person—by the party; and

(b)

in any other case—by AFMA.
