6 AFMA may authorise officers and detention officers
(1)
AFMA may, by instrument, authorise one or more officers and/or detention officers for the purposes of a specified provision of this Schedule, from among officers and/or detention officers who have successfully completed minimum training prescribed by a legislative instrument.
(2)
An instrument authorising officers and/or detention officers:
(a)
may identify them by reference to a class; and
(b)
may provide for them to be authorised when they become members of the class at or after a time specified in the instrument.
