88 Forum on Food Regulation may amend or reject the draft after review
(1)
If the Authority notifies the Forum on Food Regulation of a decision made under paragraph 87(2)(a) or (b), the Forum must, within 60 days after the notification:
(a)
inform the Authority that the Forum does not intend to amend or reject the draft; or
(b)
by written instrument, amend the draft; or
(c)
reject the draft.
(2)
An instrument made under paragraph (1)(b) is not a legislative instrument.
