90 Forum on Food Regulation amends the draft
(1)
Before amending a draft standard or draft variation under paragraph 88(1)(b), the Forum on Food Regulation must give the Authority an opportunity to submit to the Forum a draft of the text of the amendment.
(2)
As soon as practicable after the Forum on Food Regulation decides to amend a draft standard or draft variation, the Forum must inform the Authority that the Forum has amended the draft, and give the Authority a copy of the amended draft.
(3)
The Authority must, as soon as practicable after being informed of the amendment, comply with the publication requirements set out in section 92.
