13 Personal injury and damage to property
A foreign State is not immune in a proceeding in so far as the proceeding concerns:
(a)
the death of, or personal injury to, a person; or
(b)
loss of or damage to tangible property;
caused by an act or omission done or omitted to be done in Australia.
