19 Bills of exchange
Where:
(a)
a bill of exchange has been drawn, made, issued or indorsed by a foreign State in connection with a transaction or event; and
(b)
the foreign State would not be immune in a proceeding in so far as the proceeding concerns the transaction or event;
the foreign State is not immune in a proceeding in so far as the proceeding concerns the bill of exchange.
