Recovery of fees

In force

The following amounts may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as debts due to the Commonwealth:

(a)

an amount of a fee payable to the Commonwealth under this Act;

(b)

an amount of a fee payable to the Commonwealth in connection with the performance of the GEMS Regulator’s functions (see section 77).

Note:

The expression this Act has an extended meaning (see the Dictionary in section 5).
