176 Review of operation of this Act
The Minister must cause an independent review of the operation of this Act to be undertaken as soon as possible after:
the fifth anniversary of the commencement of this section; and
each tenth anniversary of the day referred to in paragraph (a).
The review must be undertaken by persons who:
in the Minister’s opinion possess appropriate qualifications to undertake the review; and
include one or more persons who are not APS employees.
The persons who undertake the review must give the Minister a written report of the review.
The Minister must cause a copy of the report of the review:
to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of the day on which the report is given to the Minister; and
to be given to each participating jurisdiction.
