42 Application requirements—contact persons and contact details
Contact persons
The application must contain the name of one or more contact persons for the registration who meet the requirements specified in the regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
The registrant is taken to have been given a notice under this Act if the notice is given to a contact person for the registration (see section 68).
The regulations might specify a requirement that a contact person be one or more of the following:
an individual;
an officer or employee of the applicant;
a person whom the GEMS Regulator is satisfied has an appropriate connection to the supply of the model in Australia.
Contact details
The application must contain the contact details specified in the regulations for the applicant and contact person (or persons).
