45 Conditions
The GEMS Regulator may impose conditions on a model’s registration in relation to a product class at any time by written notice given to the registrant.
The registrant is taken to have been given a notice under this Act if the notice is given to a contact person for the registration (see section 68).
A condition of the model’s registration must be reasonably appropriate and adapted to giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
The registrant must comply with a condition of the model’s registration.
The model’s registration may be suspended or cancelled if the registrant breaches a condition of the registration (see sections 49 and 54).
