51 When is a suspension in force
(1)
A suspension comes into force at the time notice of the suspension (the suspension notice) is given to the registrant under section 165.
Note:
The registrant is taken to have been given a notice under this Act if the notice is given to a contact person for the registration (see section 68).
(2)
The suspension notice must specify a day on which the suspension ceases to be in force.
