106ZPB Appointment of members of the Authority
(1)
The members of the Authority are to be appointed by the Minister.
(3)
The Minister must not appoint a practitioner as a member of the Authority referred to in paragraph 106ZPA(1)(c) unless the Minister has consulted such organisations or associations, representing the interests of the profession to which the practitioner belongs, as the Minister thinks appropriate about the appointment.
