41 Approval of health services
An approved organization may apply, in accordance with the approved form, to the Minister for approval of a health service provided, or to be provided, by the organization. The application must be signed in accordance with the regulations.
The Minister may require an organization that makes an application under subsection (1) to furnish to him or her such further information in relation to the health service to which the application relates as he or she requires.
The Minister may approve a health service to which an application under subsection (1) relates and, if he or she does so, he or she shall, in the instrument of approval, fix a date (which may be a date earlier than the date of the approval) on and from which the approval has effect.
