41A Approval of health service development projects
(1)
An approved organization may apply, in writing, to the Minister for approval of a health service development project.
(2)
The Minister may require an organization that makes an application under subsection (1) to furnish to him or her such information in relation to the project to which the application relates as he or she requires.
(3)
The Minister may approve a project to which an application under subsection (1) relates and, if he or she does so, he or she shall, in the instrument of approval, fix a date (which may be a date earlier than the date of the approval) on and from which the approval has effect.
