15 Collection, use and disclosure—My Health Record system
The service operator is authorised to collect, use and disclose:
(a)
identifying information of a healthcare recipient, an authorised representative of a healthcare recipient or a nominated representative of a healthcare recipient; and
(b)
the healthcare identifier of a healthcare recipient, an authorised representative of a healthcare recipient or a nominated representative of a healthcare recipient;
for the purposes of the My Health Record system.
