Act to bind the Crown

In force

(1)

This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory and of the Northern Territory.

Note:

The Minister must, in certain circumstances, declare that certain provisions of this Act do not apply to the public bodies of a specified State or Territory: see subsection 37(4).

(2)

This Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
