6 Identity of service operator
The service operator is:
(a)
the Chief Executive Medicare; or
(b)
if a body established by a law of the Commonwealth is prescribed by the regulations to be the service operator—that body.
Note:
Section 33 provides that the Minister must consult with the Ministerial Council before making regulations.
