23 Leave of absence
(1)
The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair on the terms and conditions that the Minister determines.
(2)
The Chair may grant leave of absence to another Board member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
(3)
The Chair must notify the Minister if the Chair grants another Board member leave of absence for a period that exceeds 3 months.
