53 Delegation by Housing Australia
(1)
Housing Australia may, in writing under its seal, delegate all or any of its powers or functions under this Act or the Help to Buy Act 2024 to:
(a)
a Board member; or
(b)
the CEO.
(2)
In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of Housing Australia.
