56 Matters to be included in annual reports
The annual report prepared by the Board and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include the following:
the particulars of any changes to the Investment Mandate during the period and their impact on the operations of Housing Australia;
in relation to each kind of financial support provided (including financial support provided by way of guarantees) by Housing Australia during the period, a summary of:
the amount of that kind of financial support; and
the risks and returns to the Commonwealth.
Section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 requires the Board to prepare annual reports.
