120 Disclosure to a bona fide introducer
(1)
An entrusted person may disclose protected information to a person to whom subsection (2) applies.
(2)
This subsection applies to a person if the person requests the Executive Director, in writing, to disclose protected information relating to an industrial chemical to the person in circumstances where:
(a)
the industrial chemical is listed on the Inventory; and
(b)
the Executive Director is satisfied that:
(i)
the person intends to introduce the industrial chemical; and
(ii)
the disclosure is necessary for the safe introduction and use of the industrial chemical.
