126 Disclosure to reduce serious risk to the environment
The Executive Director may disclose protected information if:
(a)
the Executive Director reasonably believes that the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious risk to the environment; and
(b)
the disclosure is for the purposes of preventing or lessening that risk.
