154 Other persons assisting the Executive Director
(1)
The Executive Director may also be assisted by employees of Agencies (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999) whose services are made available to the Executive Director in connection with the performance of any of the Executive Director’s functions.
(2)
When performing services for the Executive Director, the employees are subject to the directions of the Executive Director.
