155 Industrial Chemicals Special Account
(1)
The Industrial Chemicals Account established by section 100A of the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Act 1989 is continued in existence under this Act with the new name Industrial Chemicals Special Account.
(2)
The Industrial Chemicals Special Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
