13 Compliance with decision‑making principles etc
(1)
The Minister must not make a scheduling decision for a relevant industrial chemical unless the decision‑making principles are in force.
(2)
In making, varying or revoking a scheduling decision for a relevant industrial chemical, the Minister must comply with the decision‑making principles.
