19 Minister may request information relevant to the making etc. of scheduling decision

(1)

The Minister may, by written notice given to a person, request the person to:

(a)

give the Minister information that is relevant to the making, variation or revocation of a scheduling decision for a relevant industrial chemical; and

(b)

do so in the manner, and within the time limit, specified in the notice.

(2)

The time limit must not be shorter than 20 business days after the notice is given to the person.

(3)

The person may give the Minister information in accordance with the request.
