43 Notice of proposed public disclosure of confidential information
If the Minister proposes to publicly disclose confidential information under section 61, the Minister must give the nominated person for the information a written notice stating that:
the Minister proposes to publicly disclose the information under that section; and
the nominated person may, within the time limit specified in the notice, apply under section 44 for the information not to be publicly disclosed under section 61; and
if no such application is made within that time limit, the Minister may publicly disclose the information under section 61.
The time limit must not be shorter than 20 business days after the day the notice is given.
