Rules may make provision for etc. the collection and recovery of scheduling charge

In force

(1)

The rules may make provision for, or in relation to, the collection and recovery of scheduling charge.

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1), the rules may make provision for, or in relation to, any one or more of the following matters:

(a)

the payment of a penalty for the late payment of scheduling charge;

(b)

the refund, remission or waiver of scheduling charge;

(c)

the overpayment or underpayment of scheduling charge;

(d)

the payment of a penalty for the underpayment of scheduling charge;

(e)

the giving of information and keeping of records relating to a person’s liability to pay scheduling charge.
